A must visit is the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort on Saadiyat island. Located only 5 minutes drive from my University (New York University Abu Dhabi) it's a great location to hang out. Turquoiz Restaurant and bar is one the best. Boasting a stylish beachfront locale, a popular sunset hangout, serving global seafood specialties & cocktails. As well as my all time favourite pass time. Shisha/Hookah!
The iconic St. Regis brand extends its legacy to Abu Dhabi with The St. Regis Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, created by thoughtful Mediterranean architecture and a contemporary interior design.
This beautiful little area of Saadiyat island has a variety of bars and restaurants from high end fine dining to high quality casual hangout areas.
It has a number of beautiful outdoor swimming pools, some private for hotel residents and others for the public (at a small entry fee) as well as direct access to the beach front. The ocean is clear blue and warm all year round, with clean silky sandy beaches. The area boats a high concentration of mature palm trees alongside well selected design/architecture features complimented with bespoke lighting to create a truly luxurious atmosphere to the resort.

Pree the Shisha pipe always at hand! We chose the lemon and mint flavour which was great. The smoke is always thick and clean.
I took the bestselling cocktail of the month which melted super quick which meant i had to drink even faster!
My bro went for the classic Pimms Cocktails and the lady of the group selected a more delicate choice of Guava, Berries and Vodka.
